For that reason, Oxford Executive provides game day service exclusively as full-day private charters. Due to high demand, we are unable to offer hourly, short-duration, or point-to-point transportation on Ole Miss game days. You may call us to discuss potentially scheduling a pickup / drop off service.
Is the vehicle mine for the day?
For Ole Miss game day service, each vehicle is reserved exclusively for your party. We do not combine groups or book multiple reservations in the same vehicle. This dedicated charter approach allows us to provide the highest level of service, flexibility, and comfort for you and your guests.
Is there a special cancellation policy?
Due to the high demand for Ole Miss Game Day transportation at Ole Miss, reservations are often made 6 to 8 months in advance. If you need to cancel your reservation, we request at least 60 days’ notice so we have adequate time to make the vehicle available for another client.
I'm flying in to University Oxford Airport (UOX) is that okay?
University-Oxford Airport (UOX) is heavily utilized on Ole Miss game days, and aircraft parking can fill quickly. We recommend securing your plane parking well in advance. Oxford Executive is happy to provide private transportation service from UOX, including planeside meet-and-greet when available. In most cases, planeside access is available to the public without advance written authorization from the University of Mississippi.
We are staying outside of Oxford. Can you still help?
Yes. Our Ole Miss game day transportation can include service from surrounding areas such as Memphis, Batesville, Tupelo, Water Valley, New Albany, and other nearby communities. We can pick up your group from your hotel, residence, airport, or private aviation arrival and provide dedicated transportation for the day.
